Frida Kahlo exhibit draws crowds to Tijuana center

San Diego Union-Tribune – A collection of more than 200 black-and-white photographs has been drawing record crowds to Tijuana’s Cultural Center, the Cecut. The common thread of these images is Frida Kahlo, the 20th-century Mexican painter and feminist icon known for her self-portraits and unflinching gaze.
