Sentido Comun – Intercontinental Hotels Group has opened a new hotel Holiday Inn Express in Celaya, Guanajuato. The hotel, owned by Bidasoa Hotels, required an investment of $10 million, has 120 rooms and is located near the Shoal Industrial Park and Honda Motors plant.
