In NYC, rich Mexicans lend hand to the poor

CSMonitor – By some estimates, there are 4.3 million Mexican immigrants in the New York metropolitan area, and according to a 2015 Migration Policy Institute study, they are the most disadvantaged immigrant group in the United States. In Mexican culture – both in Mexico and here in New York – there’s little tradition of people bridging these two worlds.
